As 2025 draws to a close, one thing is clear: it was not a quiet year. Not in the world. Not in the Netherlands. Not in the market. It is precisely in times like these that what you truly stand for becomes visible.
For me, 2025 was not just about growth or results. It was about how we treated one another. Did we continue to look out for each other? Did we keep choosing people, safety, and quality, even when that required more time or effort? Because it is exactly then that taking good care of one another matters most. As colleagues, partners, and as people.
Growth in a stabilized market
Looking back, I am genuinely proud.
Despite all the challenges along the way, we stayed the course and achieved strong results. Customer, skilled-worker, and colleague satisfaction reached an all-time high. While the market stabilized, we grew by no less than thirty percent. We welcomed new clients and closed the year with a remarkable project that was awarded to us because of our leading position in quality and safety. A great compliment and proof that we don’t just talk about these values, but demonstrate them every single day.
But this is not an individual achievement. This is teamwork. It is the result of colleagues who make a difference every day, partners who place their trust in us, and clients who choose our quality.
2025 was also a year in which we consciously looked ahead. That is why we decided to modernize our IT landscape in 2026. Not because it no longer works, but because we believe it can be better. Smarter. More future-proof. With more room for personal attention and better data insights in a market that is constantly changing, partly due to new laws and regulations. We choose to see opportunities.

What stands out most to me about 2025 is not one specific project or result, but the way we achieved everything together. With attention for one another, with craftsmanship, and with safety as a natural starting point. Seeing that trust reflected by our partners is something I am truly proud of as CEO.
2025 was a year of growth, change, and connection. And 2026?
That will be a year in which we continue on this path, with the same focus on people, quality, and safety, and with the same ambition to improve a little every day.
