Application
After applying, we’ll assess your qualifications and experience. You’ll meet with one of our team members to discuss your skills and preferences. We’ll match you with a project that fits your expertise, whether in construction, prefab, or electrical work.
Preparation and Onboarding
Before you start, we handle all the details. From registering you at the job site and ensuring proper documentation to organizing your access to secured locations, we take care of everything. You’ll receive a full safety briefing, tailored to the requirements of your role. All necessary personal protective equipment (PBM), such as helmets or safety harnesses, is provided and regularly maintained.
Housing and Logistics
For employees joining us from a distance, we arrange high-quality housing close to your work location. This includes comfortable living arrangements, ensuring you can focus on your job while feeling at home.
Your First Day
We are there to support you on your first day. A team member will guide you through the start, ensuring you’re familiar with the work environment and ready to begin. From introductions to your team to clarifying expectations, we make sure your transition is seamless.
Continuous Support
Throughout your time with us, we provide ongoing guidance. A dedicated contact person is always available to answer questions, check in regularly, and ensure everything runs smoothly. We also visit the site bi-weekly for safety talks and to address any concerns
