What will you do?
On our large civil construction projects, we work in teams. Every structure must be delivered to the highest standard. We also collaborate with local clients to complete smaller projects. Each project is equally important and is carried out with the same level of passion.
Your role is to guide and coach the teams while focusing on opportunities and growth. You contribute to planning and ensure quality is achieved every day. You will communicate with the carpenters, the site manager, and the project coordinator from De Gilde Groep.
What does your day look like?
Your day starts with a smile! While everyone gathers with a cup of coffee, you’ve already mapped out who will handle which tasks. Does anyone still need to be registered? Can everyone safely access the construction site? You know the carpenters and understand their strengths. Tasks are assigned, and everyone gets to work!
As the team works hard, you observe to ensure everything is running smoothly and step in where help is needed. You’re the go-to problem solver, ensuring everything stays on track. The site manager stops by, and you’re ready to provide a clear update on the status of the work.
The day flies by! You make one final round to check all the tasks, and together you ensure the construction site is left clean and organized. Everyone heads home with a sense of accomplishment.
